Planet Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Associate in Hudson, NY, focused on providing outstanding customer service while ensuring a positive experience for members and guests. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, handling membership transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the club environment. The role requires 6-12 months of customer service experience, basic computer skills, and willingness to achieve CPR/AED certification. Offering a pay range of $16 to $17 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided by Planet Fitness).

Mansioni

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club.
• Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate issues to a Manager.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership related functions such as sign‑ups and cancellations.
