Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Preferred: prior physician's office experience and EPIC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Registering patients and inputting demographic and insurance data.
• Scheduling, confirming, and updating appointments and charges.
• Collecting payments and safeguarding cash with insurance verification.
• Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure smooth front desk operations.
