Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
• Typing at least 30 words per minute with high accuracy and EMR navigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, verify demographics and insurance information.
• Collect copays and balances; ensure all forms are completed and entered in the EMR.
• Check patients in/out and schedule follow-up appointments and referrals.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to maintain smooth patient flow and handle administrative tasks.
