Job summary

Erie Family Health Centers is seeking a Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be the first in-person contact for patients. You will register patients, input charges in the EMR, schedule and verify appointments, and collect payments while ensuring courteous, efficient service.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams. Bilingual ability is a plus; Erie offers a comprehensive benefits package and career

Responsibilities

The Front Desk Medical Receptionist is to assist in obtaining, confirming, and updating patient information, including demographics, insurance, assigned physicians, and preferred pharmacy in the electronic medical records system.
