Job summary

Access Community Health Network is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering welcoming, efficient service in a busy health center.

You will guide patients through check-in, data collection, scheduling, and payments, while maintaining Epic EMR proficiency and a patient-centered approach that supports ACCESS's medical home model and health equity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in computer skills.
• Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as patients’ first point of contact and create a welcoming environment at the front desk.
• Guide patients through check-in, collect accurate data, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure a smooth visit.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to support ACCESS' patient-centered medical home model.
• Advance organizational goals to improve patient care and community health outcomes.
• Receive comprehensive training with Epic EMR systems.
