Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Manager in New York to lead the guest service team and oversee daily front office operations. You will work closely with the Front Office Manager to ensure outstanding guest experiences and achieve financial profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a similar hotel role, strong leadership, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
• Experience in hospitality and guest service standards.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the Front Office Manager and oversee front desk and night audit operations.
• Lead front desk agents and night auditors with strong hospitality service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and recognize front desk staff.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction; Union experience is highly desired.
