Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years hospitality related experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasts and department financial controls.
