Job summary

• Experience as a hotel front desk supervisor or similar role.
• Must have Marriott brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide clear directions to staff.
• Assist guests during check-in/out, manage room assignments and rates.
• Verify credit cards, handle transactions, and balance the house bank.
• Communicate with staff and enforce standards; respond to guest requests.
• Maintain professional appearance and ensure smooth front desk operations.
• Resolve guest issues and exceptions with appropriate solutions.
• Support attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
• Promote Crescent and brand marketing programs to guests.
• Lead front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
