Job summary

PM Hotel Group in Wilmington, DE is seeking a friendly front desk agent to be the face of the hotel. You’ll welcome guests, check them in and out, and share your knowledge of local restaurants, events, and attractions.

You’ll need strong people skills, cash-handling ability, and comfort with PMS and hotel databases. A high school diploma and 3–6 months of related experience are preferred, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
