The Hyatt Place Wilmington Riverfront in Wilmington, DE is seeking a full-time Front Desk Agent for mid-shift/PM hours. You will greet guests, check in/out, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year previous hotel front desk experience, preferably in a large volume property.
• Hotel computer experience.
• Ability to type 30-35 wpm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out with accuracy.
• Assist guests with registrations and room preferences.
• Verify payment methods and perform credit checks per policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping for room status and maintenance requests.
