Job summary

Stonebridge Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Service Agent at our Golden, Colorado property. The role fronts the desk, checks guests in and out, and handles reservations and related systems with a focus on accuracy and security.

Candidates should deliver excellent customer service, maintain professional appearance, and follow procedures to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Ability to interpret and perform basic computer and POS system functions.

Responsibilities

• Operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures with exceptional guest service.
• Manage reservation, check-in and checkout systems, and credit card processing per safety procedures.
• Check registration cards for completeness, accuracy and legibility.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance cash as required.
• Answer calls within three rings using a scripted manner and relay messages accurately.
• Know emergency procedures and respond as needed.
• Promote hotel promotions and inform guests about room amenities.
• Record reservations accurately and confirm as requested.
