Windsor Hospitality in Arcadia is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the front desk team, assign shifts, resolve guest issues, and coordinate with Maintenance and Housekeeping to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and act on business records and financial data.
• Experience interpreting budgets and cost reports.
• Knowledge of hotel operational policies and service standards.
• Understanding of government regulations impacting hotel operations.
• Strong judgment for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent guest and staff communication.
• Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience, preferably Front Office.

Responsibilities

• Assign duties and shifts to Front Office staff; monitor adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads to align hotel activities across departments.
• Answer inquiries from guests and staff regarding policies and services.
• Ensure smooth check-in/check-out and high guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Housekeeping on room status and issues.
• Arrange special guest services as requested.
• Monitor public areas and address disturbances calmly and professionally.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring Front Office team members.
