Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. This on-site, full-time role places you at the hub of guest interaction, leading a team to ensure exceptional service while maintaining brand and Concord Hospitality standards.

You will supervise front desk operations, manage check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, fostering a proactive and responsible team culture within the hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong guest service mindset and hospitality focus.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to lead a team to deliver excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.
• Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Handle guest mail and messages per established procedures.
• Develop knowledge of hotel staff, room locations, rates, amenities, and selling strategies.
• Take reservation requests efficiently.
• Answer switchboard in accordance with standards of proper telephone etiquette.
• Block rooms and handle special requests.
• Monitor room availability and offer AGM and GM assistance in yield management and restrictions.
• Handle safe deposits by guests per established procedures.
• Keep lobby and desk area clean and presentable.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and security procedures.
