• Maintains daily schedule and fills openings due to cancellations.
• Collects co-payments and other payments from patients.
• Updates patient information and insurance details with precision.
• Oversees waiting area and coordinates patient flow.
• Answers incoming calls to assist patients with appointments or transfers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
