Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year administration or customer service experience preferred, in medical environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills; very proficient with computers; capable in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register and schedule patients promptly and politely.
• Schedule appointments by computer and manage future bookings.
• Maintain daily schedule and adjust for same-day cancellations.
• Collect co-payments and other payments from patients.
• Keep patient information up to date, including insurance details.
• Oversee waiting area and coordinate patient flow; answer phones and route inquiries.
