Job summary

The Front Desk Lead at Surgery Partners, Inc. greets and registers patients, schedules appointments using Epic EMR, and collects payments in a fast-paced clinic.

Though the Lagrange office currently handles lower volumes, this role also checks in patients and supports Physical Therapy staff. Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least one year of admin or customer service experience in a medical setting, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year admin or customer service in medical setting preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients promptly and politely.
• Schedules appointments and manages the daily schedule.
• Collects co-payments and updates patient information.
• Answers phones and assists patients with appointments.
• Oversees waiting area and coordinates patient flow.
• Handles additional duties as assigned.
• Adheres to dress code and maintains professionalism.
