Job summary

NYU Langone Health Faculty Group Practice in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front-end operations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, and staff training, including Epic workflows and patient experience.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proven customer service. You will lead front desk staff, enforce policies, and partner with Billing and IT to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Experience supervising front-desk or patient-facing staff; familiarity with Epic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end operations and administrative support at the practice.
• Supervise front-desk staff, manage attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping.
• Train staff on Epic workflows and patient experience standards.
• Enforce NYULH/FGP policies and HIPAA compliance; monitor performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Billing, IT, and Administration to optimize patient flow.
