Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve staff issues and manage attendance, schedules, and timekeeping.
• Enforce NYULH/FGP policies, HIPAA, and compliance standards.
• Monitor reports and dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with training programs on policies and procedures to standardize front-end processes.
• Serve as back-up support for front-desk operations and handle escalations.
