Zohorecruit is assisting a wellness and aesthetics med spa in Hoboken, NJ with a lead front desk role. You will manage patient experience from first contact to checkout, drive membership enrollment, and own retention outcomes in a consultative, white-glove setting.

The position emphasizes on-site work, strong closing ability, and cross-functional coaching of a small 1-2 person team, with growth opportunities as the clinic expands its services and membership programs.

Qualifications

• Front desk or coordinator experience in relevant wellness/med spa settings.
• Ability to close sales and guide conversations professionally.
• Exposure to memberships, packages, or retention programs.
• Comfort with scheduling systems and administrative tools; Zenoti a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead-to-visit conversion: respond to inquiries, book visits, and maintain flow.
• Membership enrollment: explain services/promotions and close when appropriate.
• Membership retention: proactive outreach and reactivation follow-ups.
• Rebooking: support sales by scheduling and coordinating with the team.
• Front desk operations: check-ins/outs, accurate records, and calm service.
