Daly Seven is seeking a Front Desk Lead for the Hampton Inn, Wake Forest, NC. You will supervise front desk operations, oversee agents and night auditors, and ensure guests receive smooth, professional service.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will collaborate with management, handle complex guest issues, and support the property with administrative tasks and safety standards.

Qualificações

• Prior hotel and leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with the brand.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, bend, stoop, and regularly navigate stairs.

Responsabilidades

• Directly supervise, lead, and train front desk agents and night auditors.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork.
• Conduct staff meetings, brand training, and relay enrollment goals for guest rewards programs.
• Monitor staff performance and participate in candidate interviews and hires/discipline decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex guest issues in the manager's absence.
