Job summary

Daly Seven is seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent for the Fairfield Inn Greensboro Airport, NC. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests and delivering seamless stays.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, local recommendations, handling guest issues, promoting franchise memberships, and assisting with referrals when rooms are full. Requires customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel brand or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, stoop and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and check them in and out with speed and accuracy.
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions and events, using maps and publications.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care.
• Promote our franchise membership club and secure future stays.
• If full, assist guests in finding lodging via referrals.
• Maintain cash drawer, balance shift reports daily and record reservations.
• Operate the switchboard and master computer operations; monitor breakfast setup.
• Ensure lobby/office cleanliness and continental breakfast service.
