Chuze Fitness in Englewood seeks a Lead 1 to support a vibrant, friendly gym culture and ensure a top-notch member experience. You will lead by example, maintain cleanliness, and guide front desk operations while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain standards in customer interactions by welcoming and engaging members.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is clean.
• Assist in front desk operations, membership sign-ups, retail, amenities, phone handling, POS, and smoothies if applicable.
• Train front desk staff and follow best practices and policies from coaching, LMS paths, and harassment prevention training.
• Support daily shift operations including break coverage, delegated cleaning, and opening/closing tasks.
• Handle member inquiries and escalate issues with management as needed.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as reports, inventory counts, and club emails.
• Attend and participate in regular team meetings.
