Chuze Fitness in El Paso seeks a Lead 1 to steer a vibrant, guest-focused team. You will uphold hospitality at every touchpoint, support front desk operations, and ensure our club runs smoothly while delivering an outstanding member experience.

The role requires at least 1 year in customer service, with shift leadership and strong communication. Requires flexibility for varied hours and weekends; offers a comprehensive benefits package of health insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in customer service or similar
• Experience leading a shift or team is preferred
• English communication and interpersonal skills required

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for members and guests by sharing information on memberships, programs, amenities, and tours
• Maintain a clean, inviting club by coordinating daily cleaning tasks
• Assist front desk with memberships, sales, check-ins, and phone inquiries
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and services with leadership support
• Support daily operations including opening/closing, inventory, and admin tasks
• Help with Kids Club operations and uphold service standards
• Offer a free MAX Chuze Fitness membership and participate in company perks
