Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administrative, professional, investigative, or other responsible work.
• Ability to exercise mature judgment and deal with others in person-to-person relations.
• Specialized experience in supervisory, administrative, or technical work in guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NHG front desk operations including lobby and guest service areas.
• Work shifts including holidays as scheduled; communicate with NHG personnel and chain of command.
• Assist guests in person, by telephone, or email for reservations, payments, check-in/out, and verification.
• Train staff on NHG systems and SOPs; monitor annual training.
