Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command is hiring a Front Desk Guest Services role at the Mayport lodging facilities in Florida. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, handle reservations, check-ins/outs, and ensure a welcoming, secure, and efficient stay.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries, processing payments, managing the PMS, and maintaining lobby appearance and safety. Weekend and holiday coverage is required; training and adherence to brand standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Study completed substituting education for experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information about lodging facilities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Operate the Property Management System (PMS) and a multi-line telephone system.
• Maintain lobby area, guest safety, and resolve issues with guests promptly.
• Assist in training Front Office staff and ensure compliance with brand standards.
