Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) seeks a GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR to oversee NHG front desk operations and lobby appearance. You will keep management informed of issues requiring escalation and ensure smooth daily operations across shifts, including holidays.

Responsibilities include training associates on NHG systems and SOPs, coordinating schedules, processing guest reservations, payments, check-ins/outs, and safeguarding guest valuables. May serve as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administrative or guest services.
• One year of supervisory experience in front-of-house operations.
• Knowledge of Navy Lodge or guest services environment.
• Ability to work all shifts including holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise NHG front desk operations and lobby appearance.
• Train staff on NHG systems and SOPs; ensure annual training.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and payroll reporting.
• Handle guest reservations, payments, check-ins/outs, and issues.
• Act as Manager on Duty as needed.
