Job summary

NAVY Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Kings Bay is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee NHG staff and daily front desk operations, including lobby appearance and guest services.

The role requires experience in administrative supervisory work and familiarity with PMS/POS systems, with duties spanning scheduling, training, and payroll reporting. Must be able to communicate with command and manage incidents requiring escalation.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administrative professional, investigative, or other responsible work.
• 1 year of academic study above high school level in hotel lodging or hospitality school may substitute for experience (half year per 6 months) with minimum 6 semester hours.
• One year of responsible experience in administrative supervisory or technical work in guest services.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk operations including lobby appearance and guest service.
• Communicates with NHG personnel and chain of command on operations or issues requiring escalation.
• Trains associates on NHG systems and SOPs and ensures annual training.
• Manages schedules, payroll and daily payroll expense reporting.
• Operates PMS and POS to record transactions and generate reports.
• Acts as Manager on Duty to maintain continuity in absence of General Manager.
