Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, payments, and check-in/check-out.
• Maintain welcoming front desk, lobby, and guest relations.
• Handle overnight shift duties and cover schedule gaps.
• Use PMS to access guest information and manage reservations.
• Process payments and issue receipts; balance cash and nightly reports.
• Provide information on lodging facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure security of guest records, keys, and property.
