Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NGIS Kings Bay) seeks a Guest Service Supervisor to manage daily front desk operations for NHG staff and guests. You will keep management informed of situations exceeding authority and coordinate service delivery across the lobby and guest services areas.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, training on NHG systems, handling schedules and payroll, and ensuring accurate PMS/POS usage and nightly reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in administrative professional or related work.
• Specialized experience in Navy Lodge front of house operations or guest services.
• Education substitution: 1 year of hospitality study may substitute 6 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations including lobby, guest services and related office tasks.
• Supervise NHG staff and coordinate with chain of command on operational issues.
• Train associates on NHG systems and SOPs; monitor training compliance.
• Manage schedules, payroll, and daily payroll expense reporting for NHG.
• Operate PMS and POS systems; reconcile daily transactions and night audit.
• Act as Manager on Duty as assigned; ensure guest safety and service quality.
