• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years front desk and supervisory experience.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong calculator skills and basic math.
• Proficient input of information in a computer system.

Responsabilités

• Lead front desk staff and provide clear direction.
• Greet guests warmly and handle requests with composure.
• Manage registration/check-in and issue room keys.
• Process payments, balance cash, and balance house accounts.
• Answer calls professionally and relay messages accurately.
• Maintain safety and adherence to brand standards.
