Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group seeks a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service at our Anaheim-area hotels. You will greet guests, check them in/out, handle reservations, and coordinate with the reservation center to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Books guest reservations and/or coordinates with reservation center.
• Registers guests into the hotel using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates and prepare for group check-ins/outs and VIP arrivals.
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Handles confidential guest information with integrity.
