Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years prior customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of bookkeeping and audit procedures helpful.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor; ensure staff are attentive and courteous.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
• Be aware of rates, packages, and promotions offered.
• Assist in training and cross-training of new hires and current staff.
