Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a proactive Front Desk Associate to assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing the safe, efficient operation of the front desk, driving guest satisfaction, and accurate guest account handling.

You’ll lead by example, delegating tasks, training team members, and ensuring effective communication, reservation sales, and smooth check-in/check-out. You may act as the manager on duty in the absence of the Guest Service Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of guest services experience, preferably in a hotel.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Guest Service Manager in overseeing front desk operations and guest accounts.
• Delegate tasks, train staff, and provide support and resources to front desk team.
• Handle reservation sales and guest interactions with accurate, friendly service.
• Act as manager on duty in the Guest Service Manager’s absence during shifts.
