Job summary

Staypineapple is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to ensure front desk service aligns with Staypineapple standards. You will train staff, assist with daily tasks, and monitor performance with an emphasis on hospitality excellence.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6–12 years of related experience, and valid service cards. You will balance cash, deposits, and batches while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six to twelve years of related experience.
• Possess a valid food handlers card and alcohol service card (can acquire after hire).
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
• Passion to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing training and guidance for front desk staff on hotel standard operating procedures and departmental standards.
• Stepping in to complete daily hotel front desk tasks, including providing guests welcome beverage and barista services as needed.
• Assisting Guest Services Manager with monitoring performance and attendance.
• Balancing daily paperwork: Cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.
