Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serving as team leads for the entire housekeeping staff including assigning and reviewing work.
• Overseeing critical tasks such as keeping the staff on schedule, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms and interacting with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner.
• Providing training and guidance for housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.
