Staypineapple is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room and public area attendants, ensuring cleanliness meets Staypineapple standards. You will train staff, supervise on-site operations, and uphold exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
• Passion to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner.
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serving as team leads for the housekeeping staff and assigning/reviewing work.
• Overseeing scheduling, inspections of public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, turnover of checkout rooms, and guest interactions.
• Providing training and guidance on hotel SOPs and departmental standards.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervision, coaching and training of room and house attendants. Our Housekeeping Supervisors ensure that all work is performed up to impeccable Staypineapple standards.

What To Expect

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

• Serving as team leads for the entire housekeeping staff including assigning and reviewing work.
• Overseeing a number of critical tasks such as keeping the staff on schedule, inspecting and approving public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms and interacting with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner.
• Providing training and guidance for housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards.

Your Experience And Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
• Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
• Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.
