Job summary

Lambertville Station Inn is seeking a Front Desk Lead/Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations, provide leadership, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role involves training staff, handling reservations, and coordinating with housekeeping and engineering to maintain smooth hotel operations.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but candidates with strong hospitality skills and leadership potential will be trained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred; training available.
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during check-in and check-out.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, upgrades, and guest requests.
• Process room charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
• Lead front desk team with coaching and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping/Engineering for room readiness.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
