Genesis Hospitality in Lambertville, NJ, is seeking a Front Desk Lead/Supervisor for Lambertville Station Inn. You will oversee daily front desk operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction with professional service.

Responsibilities include managing reservations, processing charges, coordinating with Housekeeping and Engineering, and supporting hiring and coaching. Previous supervisory hospitality experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Spanish language skills a plus, but not required.
• Experience with Revel POS system preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests professionally during check-in/check-out.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Process room charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
• Maintain billing instructions, invoices, and guest folios.
• Supervise front desk operations and staff.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering on room status.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and development.
• Create front desk schedules and monitor timekeeping.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest payments.
