You will handle reservations, billing, and guest communications, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance, and train staff on policies and procedures.

Previous supervisory experience preferred; strong hospitality skills and leadership potential are valued, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus though not required.
• Preferred: supervisory experience in hospitality, with willingness to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally during check-in and check-out.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, upgrades, and special requests.
• Process charges, payments, refunds, and adjustments accurately.
• Ensure accurate invoices, direct bill accounts, and guest folios.
• Maintain reservation emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
