Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa seeks a Front Desk Assistant Manager to support the Front Desk Manager in delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service while optimizing room revenue and occupancy.

The role requires 5 years of progressive hotel experience or a 2-year degree with 3+ years, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year, with supervisory experience. Proficiency in Windows and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 2-year college degree with 3+ years of related experience; or a 4-year college degree with 1+ year of related experience.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Must be proficient in Windows operating systems.
• Ability to convey information clearly and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Desk Manager in daily operations and guest service at the Front Desk.
• Lead and motivate Front Desk staff to ensure attentive and efficient service.
• Participate in interviews, training, and performance appraisals per SOPs.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective status reviews and reporting.
