Job summary

Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Assistant Manager to support Front Desk operations with a focus on guest service and revenue optimization. You will lead a small team, ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes, and maintain high service standards in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Progressive hotel management experience or related education.
• Ability to supervise a team of 3+ associates.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems and basic arithmetic.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance per brand standards and hotel needs.
• Uphold appearance standards and uniform policy.
• Comply with Pyramid Global Hospitality standards and safety regulations.
• Assist with Front Desk interviews and hiring procedures.
• Support 90-day and annual Front Desk performance appraisals.
