Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in and check-out with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a memorable stay.
• Promote and sell hotel programs and services to guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain awareness of safety and emergency procedures and policies.
• Manage cash handling and balance house bank at shift end.
• Communicate pertinent information to the supervisor on duty.
• Follow posted procedures for charges, refunds, and deposits.
• Assist other departments as needed to support hotel operations.
