Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Florida is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide warm, knowledgeable service at check-in/out and assist guests with local information.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays, with strong communication and computer skills. Competitive hourly pay with benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, ensuring proper credit and that special requests are noted.
• Provide Knowledge about hotel amenities and local area to guests.
• Resolve issues and WOW guests through service recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact professionally with hotel staff and assist other departments as needed.
