South Beach Group Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services at our Miami Beach property. You will oversee front desk agents, ensure timely check-ins/outs, and maintain high standards of guest relations.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to manage VIP guests while upholding hotel policies and safety procedures. Weekend/evening shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in a Front Office environment.
• Bachelor degree in hospitality management preferred or equivalent relevant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide prompt yet personal service at check-in and check-out.
• Maintain professional image and leadership while promoting safe operations.
• Apply credit and guest billing policies as required.
• Attend daily briefings and meetings.
• Escort VIPs and coordinate special arrangements during stays.
• Keep lobby area neat and organized at all times.
• Handle guest dissatisfaction and resolve promptly.
• Assist with duties of Front Desk Manager or General Manager when needed.
