Qualifications

• Two+ years guest service experience in hotel/hospitality.
• At least 1 year in a guest service leadership role preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (Opera) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop team members to achieve high performance and Loews service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
