Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality.
• Train and coach front desk staff, resolve issues and ensure quality operations.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and timeliness.
• Complete check-in/check-out procedures and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and hotel records.
• Engage in upselling to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain strong guest relations with knowledge of in-house events.
• Operate PBX and handle wake-up calls as required.
