Evolution Medical, a multi-location chiropractic clinic network in Tampa and south Florida, seeks an experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. You will lead front/back office activities and guide a team to deliver a welcoming, efficient patient experience across busy clinics with multiple providers and specialties.

Formación

• Previous medical office management or supervisory experience required in a multi specialty office.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and medical office procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operating daily front desk and administrative operations
• Manage, Coordinate and answer phone for patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out
• Supervise, train, and support front desk/administrative staff
• Coordinate patient flow among multiple providers and specialties
• Coordinate/Verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations and referrals
• Work closely with billing and clinical teams to ensure efficient office operations
