• Previous medical office management or supervisory experience in a multi-specialty office.
• Knowledge of insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, and medical office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily front desk and administrative operations.
• Manage, coordinate and answer phone for patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out.
• Supervise, train, and support front desk/administrative staff.
• Coordinate patient flow among multiple providers and specialties.
• Coordinate/verify insurance eligibility and assist with authorizations and referrals.
• Work closely with billing and clinical teams to ensure efficient office operations.
