TownPlace Suites Harrisburg/Hershey is hiring a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide outstanding service. The role emphasizes hospitality, knowledge of hotel amenities, and teamwork to maintain cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will support guests with requests, promote promotions, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment, strong communication, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Must understand and follow established procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution: Must be effective at resolving guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at arrival and throughout their stay; use guest names when possible.
• Assist with check-in/check-out efficiently and communicate any needs to ensure comfort.
• Maintain spotless cleanliness in front and back of the house as part of teamwork.
• Provide accurate hotel information, promote rate promotions, and manage guest requests.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction scores through proactive service and hospitality.
