TownePlace Suites Harrisburg/Hershey is hiring a Housekeeper to clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways and public areas in our Harrisburg hotel. The role emphasizes cleanliness, friendly guest interactions, and attention to detail in daily housekeeping tasks.

The Housekeeper is responsible for stocking supplies, maintaining organized spaces, and supporting hotel operations. A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can‑Do Attitude: positive and willing to learn.
• Follow guidelines and procedures.
• Capable of handling pace and pressure.
• Effective listening and conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Age 18 or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Arrive on time and clock in/out properly.
• Breaks management per schedule.
• Notify supervisor when calling out.

Responsibilities

• Pre-cleaning and stocking: stock supplies on cart, attend stand-up, folding or handling linens.
• Clean and restock the required number of guest rooms as assigned per shift.
• Additional cleaning projects in storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, or room deep cleaning as needed.
